📋 Description
• Lead Agile events like daily stand-ups and sprint planning • Identify and resolve impediments for team efficiency • Mentor cross-functional delivery teams in Scrum practices • Manage the product backlog with stakeholders • Monitor sprint progress and report metrics
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field • Minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) • Familiarity with CMS programs (Medicare, Medicaid) • Expertise in Agile project tracking software (Jira, Confluence)
