📋 Description

• Provide strong customer interaction skills, including ability to work with various senior level stakeholders across multiple tasks. • Proactive with demonstrated success managing multiple, concurrent tasks in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. • Manage project teams to create delivery schedules, ensure adherence to program / project delivery targets, curate program and project plans, generate status reports, facilitate program planning and status update sessions, and provide administrative and programmatic support where required. • Design and implement lean, responsive processes to support program planning and resource management within the Jira application, guided by Lean Agile principles. • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Track team capacity and support rapid reallocation during surge events • Coordinate dependencies across triage, workflow, training, and change-management workstreams • Support PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt workshops to align prioritization to government needs • Help protect team focus while meeting rapid-response demands

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification • Experience facilitating Agile teams in a delivery environment • SAFe, Lean Portfolio, or Agile experience (SSM or equivalent) • Prior work on VA or healthcare IT programs, particularly Feder EHR or Oracle/Cerner
