📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions. • Develop automated workflows and integrations that improve business processes and operational efficiency. • Support the full application lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production support. • Implement best practices for security, compliance, performance, and maintainability. • Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform issues. • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational support materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management, business analysis, Scrum Master, or program management experience supporting technology initiatives. • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements across diverse stakeholder groups. • Experience managing federal government contracts and understanding service-based delivery models. • Demonstrated success managing project backlogs, priorities, and delivery roadmaps. • Experience managing against SLAs and operational performance metrics. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and requirements management best practices. • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem, and change management. • Experience working with government reporting requirements, including performance metrics, CDRLs, and QASP-driven environments. • Strong resource planning and capacity management skills. • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and make sound operational decisions. • Experience managing client, vendor, and platform partner relationships. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment. • It Would Be Great If You Also Had • Experience supporting federal contract transitions, recompetes, and knowledge transfer activities. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar Agile certification. • Understanding of Section 508 accessibility requirements, Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, and federal compliance frameworks. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management credential.
