📋 Description
• Develop and maintain pricing assumptions, factors, and methodologies used in NA/PEX fully insured pricing. • Support the maintenance, enhancement, and development of actuarial pricing tools and models. • Perform pricing analyses and ad hoc studies to evaluate experience, identify trends, and recommend pricing improvements. • Analyze and monitor emerging experience and communicate results to key stakeholders. • Partner with Underwriting to support pricing strategies for new and renewing business opportunities. • Collaborate with Finance, Accounts, Underwriting, and other business areas to develop and validate pricing assumptions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline • 1–2 years of actuarial or related analytical experience • Progress toward ASA designation with 2–5 actuarial exams completed • Experience working with healthcare, insurance, or other large, complex datasets • Prior healthcare industry experience
