📋 Description

• Captain the strategic documentation and deployment of clients’ prescription benefit plan designs • Gain valuable leadership experience through managing project teams • Be seen as a client problem-solver and bring innovative solutions to high-profile clients • Define and Document Requirements with Clients and Account Managers • Consult with account teams on proposed solutions to meet objectives • Research and analyze impacts for consideration of requirements or errors • Provide cross functional project support to improve benefits requirements process • Mentor colleagues within Benefits and Clinical Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in benefit plan design/coding/testing/account management, or related field • RxClaim/AS400 Experience • PBM Industry Experience • Expert level experience in RxClaim (Preferred) • Experience with Benefit Builder and FMS (Preferred) • 2 years of benefits coding operations experience • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
