📋 Description

• Provide production support for critical enterprise applications serving CVS Health's Pharmacy Benefit Management business • Troubleshoot technical issues and investigate production incidents • Perform root cause analysis and implement code fixes • Develop and support applications built on Java, Angular, APIs, and cloud platforms • Contribute to application enhancements, system stability improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives • Analyze application logs, monitoring dashboards, and system alerts to diagnose production issues • Collaborate with Lead Engineers, Software Development Engineers, Product Owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders • Support incident management, problem management, and change management processes • Ensure application reliability and performance • Grow technical and business domain expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in software development, application support, or production support environments • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices-based applications • Experience developing and supporting front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS • Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications in cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, or AWS • Strong understanding of SQL and database technologies, including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar • Experience analyzing application logs, monitoring dashboards, and system alerts • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and DevOps practices • Understanding of distributed systems, API integrations, and application performance troubleshooting • Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment • Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or other highly regulated environments preferred • Knowledge of EDI transactions, file transfer processes, and system integrations preferred • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or similar platforms preferred • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes preferred • Experience working within Agile development teams preferred • Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code preferred • Understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy best practices preferred • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred • Equivalent combination of education, professional training, and relevant work experience will be considered
