📋 Description

• responsible for product management leadership for multiple product teams • define product vision and strategy, roadmap, feature delivery, and overall success • lead product teams to achieve key outcomes by collaborating with stakeholders • ensure overall cohesion for their product or experience • defines and socializes the product vision, strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the team • establish Epics or initiatives aligned to the strategic programs • translates customer and business needs into product strategy by creating initiatives/epics • tracks product OKRs to understand progress towards outcomes and KPIs to understand product health

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical product management, with focus around building technical products and services. • 7+ years of experience in building and managing technical product teams using Agile framework. • 7+ years of experience with large-scale modernization programs in technical capacity. • 3+ years of experience working in the healthcare payor industry.
