📋 Description
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide strategic enrollment communications plans • Work on projects throughout the year • Manage cost estimation, tracking, and budget reporting • Project managing the deliverables of the communications to the plan sponsor • Coach junior-level colleagues on KPIs • Contribute to continuous improvement planning • Participate in team training and development activities
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 7 + years marketing and/or communication experience • Proven communication skills, including writing, presentation, and negotiation skills • Proven track record in meeting project milestones • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, InDesign and/or other marketing software • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
