📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of Plan Sponsor implementations and ongoing support, including the accurate setup, validation, and maintenance of benefit and pricing data within a custom EAP platform. • Perform high-volume data entry from source systems while ensuring compliance with established setup standards and quality expectations. • Partner with key stakeholders, including Sales, Account Management, and other internal business teams, to proactively identify, resolve, and prevent issues while consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations. • Gather and evaluate stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement of processes, systems, tools, and resources. • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence by supporting process standardization, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives. • Identify process gaps and recommend workflow improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience. • Maintain and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports with a high degree of accuracy. • Provide cross-functional team support during off-peak periods to ensure operational continuity and team success.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in business operations, finance, healthcare administration, data entry, customer service, or a related field preferred but not required. • Recent graduates with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply. • Demonstrated ability to work accurately with large volumes of data while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
