📋 Description

• Participate on a Product Team of 6-10 people to build high-quality, usable products to customers and stakeholders • Support underwriting and Actuarial science in contracts, clients, payments, and claims adjudication • Partner with a data science team • Educate business and technology personnel on the agile and paired development process • Lead products from discovery and framing through iterative development and delivery while maintaining a user-centered approach in design

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Java and UI development experience • 7+ years of experience working with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software design environment, preferably in a J2EE development environment with strong leadership experience • 2+ years of experience working in an Agile-based development environment using Agile concepts such as Continuous Integration (CI/CD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) • 2+ years of experience with frontend development including Angular 15+, React, or similar • Kotlin experience is a plus • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working directly with business and cross functional teams as well as mentoring and guiding less senior team members
