📋 Description

• Lead technical design for complex Salesforce initiatives • Review and influence designs produced • Set and enforce coding standards and best practices • Mentor senior and mid-level engineers • Drive platform scalability, performance, and reliability • Support Production support Issues

🎯 Requirements

• 10 plus years of professional software engineering experience • 6 plus years of hands-on Salesforce development • Demonstrated ownership of complex enterprise implementations • Experience working with US-based stakeholders • Strong written and verbal English communication • Salesforce CRM: Apex Classes, Triggers, Visual Force Pages, Workflow, Validation Rules, Reports, Sharing & Settings, Profiles, LWC • Salesforce CRM Tools: VS Code, Codebuilder, Autorabit DevOps, Data Loader, Workbench • GitHub, Conga, Adobe E-Sign, Skuid • Agile Development Methodologies • API Integration Software Development • Organizational Skills
