📋 Description
• Provide a meaningful patient experience via telephonic contact • Work collaboratively with health care professionals • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for multiple disease state patients • Educate and support patients with their new medication
🎯 Requirements
• A Registered Nurse must hold an unrestricted license in their state of residence, with multi-state/compact privileges • Candidate must be based in TX or AZ for this particular requisition • 3+ years of clinical RN experience • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
