• Deliver in-person and/or remote training sessions for client teams • Facilitate interactive workshops with a strong focus on engagement and participation • Adapt training delivery to local market context while maintaining global standards • Collaborate with CXG teams on training preparation and alignment • Support Train-the-Trainer sessions when required • Contribute to content localisation and continuous improvement of training materials • Engage confidently with client-facing teams and senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience in training delivery and workshop facilitation • Strong background in the automotive industry (premium/luxury preferred) • Ability to deliver interactive training formats beyond traditional presentations • Confidence in managing group dynamics and engaging diverse audiences • Experience working with client-facing teams and senior stakeholders • Fluency in the local language of your market • Good level of English for coordination with global teams • Freelance availability and flexibility for project-based assignment
