No phone calls over here! • Troubleshoot tech issues and help with billing inquiries. • Make customers happy by resolving their concerns. • Turn users into fans through top-notch support. • Bring empathy, patience, and a positive vibe to every interaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English. • Basic know-how of Windows/MacOS. • Confidence in multitasking and providing technical support. • A calm, customer-first mindset - even under pressure. • Positive, proactive, and motivated attitude. • Ability to work rotating day and evening shifts full-time. • Ability to come to our office in Lviv once every couple of months.
