📋 Description

• Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions • Lead implementation and configuration, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of Cyberhaven’s solution in client environments • Create customized datasets and policy solutions • Analyze log files, debug, and troubleshoot complex technical problems • Coordinate resolutions with Support, Engineering, and Operations teams • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and support staff to deliver solutions on schedule • Deliver technical training to end users • Advise clients on strategy, best practices, and product usage • Conduct progress updates, status meetings, and post-implementation reviews • Serve as internal and external point of contact for client escalations • Escalate and resolve technical issues or system discrepancies with development and support teams • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Cyberhaven product advancements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Solutions Engineer, Delivery Manager, or Professional Services experience with Endpoint Security in the Cybersecurity and DLP space • Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions, preferably in Professional Services or Consulting, specifically with endpoint security products • Experience with DLP solutions such as Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee DLP, Fortra (Digital Guardian), Trend Micro, Check Point, Next DLP, or Proofpoint • Understanding of data classification methodologies and techniques • Ability to manage and deliver against strict timelines, with constant prioritization and mitigation strategy-building • Deep technical background with hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting SaaS-based security and/or endpoint agent technologies • Software debugging skills • Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and data integration techniques • Solid understanding of system architecture, network protocols, and Google Cloud Platform • Practical knowledge of macOS, including MDM, app management, and basic terminal skills • Practical knowledge of Windows, including SCCM, GPO, Intune, registry configuration, and PowerShell scripts • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of system software design, including services, drivers, and agents • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent advanced industry certifications, or 3+ years of experience in a similar role • Must be based in the greater Mexico City area
