📋 Description

• Independent planning and coordination of service and installation assignments • Scheduling and deployment planning of our service technicians, taking into account appointments, qualifications and available resources • Coordination with customers, technicians and internal specialist departments • Creation and maintenance of service orders and master data in the ERP system • Handling customer inquiries and managing the central service inbox • Organizing and preparing installation documentation and supporting documentation, reporting and invoice preparation • Ensuring efficient, economical and timely service operations

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial/vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Office Management Clerk, Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk) or a comparable qualification • At least two years of professional experience in dispatching, scheduling, route planning or service coordination — ideally in technical service or customer service • Experience in dispatching service technicians or installers is an advantage • Confident use of ERP systems (particularly order entry and master data maintenance) and MS Office (Outlook & Excel) • Knowledge of SAP or dispatching/assignment software is desirable • Strong organizational skills, a structured working style and the ability to set priorities even under high workload • Excellent communication skills, service orientation and enjoyment of collaborating with diverse stakeholders
