📋 Description

• Administer ongoing IT projects from project initiation through final invoicing • Coordinate entire project teams • Organize, manage, and deliver multiple IT projects in parallel • Coordinate customers and internal employees • Align and coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders • Take responsibility for the central organization and management of IT projects • Communate with international customers and colleagues at the headquarters in Zagreb • Participate in discussions and coordination with German- and English-speaking contacts • Take on additional internal responsibilities and pursue further development, if interested

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to pursue further training • Some experience in (IT) project management • University degree (preferably in business administration or computer science with a focus on (IT) project management) or equivalent training • Project management expertise • Ability to manage a large number of IT projects in parallel • Strong coordination skills • Excellent communication skills • Knowledge of agile project methodologies is an advantage • Knowledge of business administration or computer science is an advantage • Fluency in German is essential • Fluency in English is essential • Croatian language skills are an advantage but not required • Experience with PRINCE2 and/or Scrum Product Ownership, as well as more than 10 years of software development experience as an autonomous project manager, would be an advantage and of interest
