• Responsible for fostering cohesion and the professional development of a consulting team • Supporting colleagues in their professional growth • Designing and shaping agile processes • Facilitating retrospectives, planning sessions, and stand-ups • Coaching the team in client advisory • Advising clients on DevOps consulting, cloud architectures, and project management

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical understanding of modern cloud and DevOps technologies • Several years of experience in IT/cloud projects • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Experience leading (consulting) teams • Strong communication skills, empathy, and conflict-resolution ability • Strong organizational skills • Structured way of working, patience, and a positive mindset • Business-level German and English
