📋 Description
• Provide technical leadership for applied AI initiatives • Design and oversee solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and advanced NLP pipelines • Define technical standards and best practices for AI applications • Lead experimentation and validation of models • Architect and implement vector databases and storage structures • Support team with training and monitoring of models • Collaborate with Data Engineering for data integration • Serve as a technical reference for teams • Communicate results and risks to stakeholders • Evaluate technologies and promote responsible AI adoption
🎯 Requirements
• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields • 5–7+ years in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or related areas • Expertise with LLMs, embeddings, transformers, RAG, and agent-oriented architectures • Advanced experience with vector databases • Proficient in Python and modern AI/ML ecosystems • Experience with MLOps pipelines and model monitoring frameworks • Experience designing, implementing, and operating AI systems in production environments • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Proven technical leadership and mentoring • Advanced English for communication
