📋 Description

• Advanced Power Apps development: Design and build complex canvas and model‑driven apps with a focus on usability, performance, security, and integration with multiple data sources. • Advanced automation with Power Automate: Create complex automated flows (cloud and desktop), integrate with APIs, develop custom connectors, and orchestrate end‑to‑end enterprise processes. • Dataverse modeling and governance: Structure tables and relationships, implement business rules, manage security by profiles and environments, and apply ALM best practices. • AI integration with AI Builder: Develop and train models for document processing, data extraction, classification, and prediction, integrating AI into apps and automated flows. • Integrations with REST APIs, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, and other enterprise systems, ensuring scalability and reliability. • Ensure technical documentation, standardization, version control, environment management, and compliance with corporate architecture guidelines. • Continuous collaboration with business and technology teams to gather requirements, design solutions, deliver iteratively, and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field. • Proven senior‑level experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse (modeling, security, environments, and governance). • Practical experience applying AI Builder to real business scenarios. • Proficiency with integrations using APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services. • Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) on the Power Platform. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strategic vision and results orientation. • High autonomy and capacity for technical leadership. • Clear, consultative communication with both technical and business stakeholders. • Analytical mindset, focused on solving complex problems. • Organized and committed to deadlines and quality. • Collaborative mindset and continuous‑improvement focus. • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (Power Apps, Power Automate, or Solution Architect). • Experience with Dynamics 365 and Azure. • Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or Power Fx for advanced customizations. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Azure DevOps.
