📋 Description

• Analyze data and develop Business Intelligence solutions for a global Supply Chain project • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Power BI • Analyze large volumes of data, identifying patterns, trends, opportunities, and potential anomalies • Translate business needs into analytical solutions and data visualizations • Propose improvements and new approaches to data analysis and utilization, supporting business decision-making • Interact directly with international senior leadership through alignment meetings, presentations, and discussions about data and results • Develop, enhance, and maintain AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio • Explore Artificial Intelligence applications for data analysis, automation, and support for business functions • Create and evolve solutions using capabilities from the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem • Identify opportunities to apply AI to project processes and business needs • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of information presented in the solutions developed • Continuously improve dashboards, reports, and AI Agents based on user feedback and business needs • Document solutions, processes, and business rules related to completed developments • Collaborate with Data, BI, Analytics, Technology, and business teams • Participate in meetings and interactions with global teams, using English as the primary language of communication

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst, preferably in highly complex corporate environments • Advanced Power BI experience – required • Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation, pattern identification, and insight generation • Experience creating, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports • Experience with or practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and/or Copilot Studio • Knowledge of creating and using AI Agents • Fluent English – required, with the ability to lead meetings, deliver presentations, and interact with international leadership • Ability to translate business needs into data and Analytics solutions • Hands-on profile, with the autonomy to build and evolve solutions • Analytical, problem-solving mindset • Ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights • Clear communication skills and the ability to interact with different levels of leadership • Strong English communication skills, especially in corporate and technical environments • Autonomy and a strong sense of accountability • Organization and prioritization skills • Critical thinking and the ability to identify patterns and opportunities • Proactivity in identifying improvements and new opportunities for applying data and AI • Ability to work in global and multicultural environments • Strong collaboration skills when working with multidisciplinary teams • Microsoft Power BI / Data Analyst certification is a plus • Microsoft ecosystem certifications or knowledge are a plus • Experience with Copilot Studio is a plus • Experience creating and implementing AI Agents is a plus • Knowledge of Power Platform is a plus • Knowledge of SQL is a plus • Experience with Supply Chain / Supply projects is a plus • Experience working on global projects and interacting with international teams is a plus • Experience applying generative AI to data and Analytics processes is a plus • Knowledge of process automation using Microsoft solutions is a plus
