📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end selection processes (aligning profiles with hiring managers, screening, sourcing/headhunting, competency-based interviews, and making offers); • Actively contribute to automation initiatives, the use of Artificial Intelligence, and continuous improvement to increase efficiency in the team's processes; • Use tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to attract talent; • Ensure a delightful, transparent, and humanized experience for all candidates (candidate experience); • Support Employer Branding initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed (Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields); • Previous experience in recruitment and selection; • Communicative, proactive, and resilient profile to handle the fast pace of our business; • Organized and able to manage multiple openings simultaneously. • Preferred: Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketplace companies; • Preferred: Hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize recruitment & selection processes.
