• Data Entry. • CRM Management using GoHighLevel. • Assist in automation set up within the system. • Tracking emails and information capture from websites. • Uploading Files: Manage program informational videos, upload videos into their system, post and interact with the program they have. • Chatbot Systems updating. • Assist with payroll. • Assist Intake Coordinator with customer relationship tasks as needed for answering phones and emails.
• 1-3 years work experience • Data Entry and Analysis: Accurate and efficient data entry skills, with the ability to capture, organize, and manage information from multiple sources. • Go High Level: knowledge of the Go High Level platform, including its core features, automation workflows, and CRM functionalities. • Digital Tools and Platforms: Knowledge of various digital tools such as Gusto (for payroll), Experify (for video management), and Zoom Phone (for VOIP). • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for answering phones, responding to emails, and interacting with customers. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry, payroll assistance, and automation setup. • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and prioritize work effectively.
