📋 Description

• Provide operational day-to-day support to franchise partners • Actively promote, develop and support franchise partners in system-related initiatives • Conduct location and market analyses • Expand knowledge transfer through on-site visits, workshops and training sessions • Support franchise partners with marketing activities and coordinate these with the marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in the real estate sector, or a degree in a related field • Experience in the real estate industry (desirable) • Initial experience in franchise or partner support (a plus) • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Independent, self-reliant and results-oriented working style • Ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics • MS Office skills • Confident and professional demeanor • Ability to work effectively in a team • High level of motivation and commitment
