📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic owner of the Workday reporting and analytics space • Build, enhance, and maintain Workday reports • Support complex calculated fields, data source troubleshooting, and reporting security requirements • Develop, enhance, and maintain Prism dashboards and Discovery Boards • Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements • Provide actionable insights and analysis to HR and business leaders • Deliver knowledge transfer, reporting guidance, and self-service enablement • Collaborate with Workday Functional and Analyst teams • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes • Manage Workday release enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship or valid green card • 4 Year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 7+ Years of Workday experience • 5+ Years in Workday Reporting and Analytics • Experience building Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Calculated Fields) • Experience with Workday Prism and Discovery Boards • Strong understanding of Workday data structures across HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent, and/or Payroll • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly • Ability to consult and collaborate with cross-functional partners
