📋 Description

• Expand the creator program, from seeding with small creators to major paid partnerships • Co-manage the Instagram and TikTok channels with the founder • Manage the editorial calendar, ideas, and community • Develop viral content for hair clips • Create hooks, formats, and campaigns • Turn trends, direct messages, and everyday life into brand-appropriate ideas

🎯 Requirements

• Absolute passion for content, hooks, copy, formats, and trends • Personally created hundreds of successful Reels, videos, and posts • Strong instinct for identifying creators and an activatable creator network • Data-driven approach to evaluating content effectiveness • 100% ownership and an independent working style • Passion for beauty, brands, and building from the ground up • Native-level German
