📋 Description

• Own the full marketing funnel and scale what works • Plan and run paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and additional channels • Own website messaging, landing pages, conversion experiments, and the funnel with the web agency • Build SEO, AI search visibility, and organic content for IT and People leaders • Run the webinar program and generate pipeline • Sharpen PULT’s positioning and maintain consistent brand storytelling • Produce campaigns, videos, case studies, product launches, founder stories, and customer stories • Set design and copy standards for the team and agencies • Lead event participation in DACH and the UK, including trade fairs, customer dinners, and roundtables • Run account-based campaigns with Sales • Own HubSpot, analytics, AI tooling, attribution, CAC, MQL growth, and pipeline contribution • Build AI agents and workflows to improve research, content, creative, and operations • Define the marketing roadmap and report results to leadership • Hire the first marketing team members as the company scales

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a scale-up • Hands-on experience across paid, online and offline marketing channels • Experience running campaigns, writing copy, briefing designers, and analyzing dashboards • Daily use of AI for research, content, creative, analysis, and automation • Exceptional writing in English • German is a strong plus • Sharp eye for design • Experience in DACH and/or UKI markets • Comfort with budgets, CAC, conversion rates, and lead quality • Interest in expanding into new markets • Ability to operate as a high-agency, hands-on generalist and builder
