📋 Description

• Participate in strategic meetings and brainstorming sessions • Schedule internal and external meetings • Prepare presentations, reports, and data analyses • Create engaging copy for the company and its clients • Monitor client projects and coordinate tasks • Create content for target audiences • Handle general client and internal communications via email, Slack, and phone

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for marketing, media, and communications • A degree or vocational training in these fields is an advantage but not required • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent German and basic English skills, including spelling and grammar • Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and process-oriented thinking • Proactive and independent working style, with a commitment to continuous professional development • Good knowledge of social media and online marketing is an advantage • Analytical and structured mindset, strong organizational skills, and a results- and solution-oriented approach • Ability to follow established processes • Knowledge of Google Ads and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus but not required
