📋 Description

• Perform planned and corrective service, maintenance, repair, and commissioning on centrifugal and large-tonnage water-cooled and air-cooled chillers (all OEMs). • Diagnose mechanical and control issues and implement effective solutions. • Complete service documentation accurately and on time. • Participate in the on-call/standby roster as required. • Provide guidance, mentorship, and on-the-job training to junior technicians and apprentices. • Foster strong professional relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders. • Comply with all company, safety, and regulatory requirements at all times. • Actively participate in technical training programs and service meetings. • Support business growth by identifying service opportunities and presenting solutions to customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. • Current EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (or equivalent). • Valid driver’s license with a clean record. • Solid experience with centrifugal chillers and other commercial HVAC systems. • Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting skills. • Excellent time management and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Positive, proactive approach to safety and technical excellence.
