📋 Description

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial statements, general ledgers, and reconciliations. • Manage bookkeeping, payroll, and tax compliance for assigned clients. • Conduct month-end and year-end closings, budget preparation, and cash flow management. • Provide detailed financial analysis and performance reporting to clients. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations. • Conduct client review meetings to identify needs, gaps, and opportunities for service expansion. • Offer consultative recommendations in areas such as CFO services, tax planning, and compliance optimization. • Collaborate with the sales team to design proposals, service packages, and upgrade opportunities. • Maintain accurate CRM data to track leads, opportunities, and client activity. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term partnerships and business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required. • 2+ years of accounting experience (public or private firm experience preferred). • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and tax preparation. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and CRM systems. • Excellent communication, client relationship, and consultative skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping clients grow.
