• Manage existing customers and actively acquire new customers in the upper mid-market and among the top 500 companies in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. • Responsible for the entire sales process — from preparing proposals and conducting sales and contract negotiations to successfully closing deals. • Strategically develop the business area together with the team and contribute actively to growth. • Work across all business areas in the solutions domain of complex business communications (Unified Collaboration and Video) as well as in the related infrastructure areas (e.g., networking and security).
• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration/economics. • Initial sales experience in a systems integrator or with an IT product manufacturer. • Product and contract knowledge as well as sales certifications from leading vendors are a plus. • Proficient in the MS Office suite. • Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written. • Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a confident presence.
