📋 Description

• Drive Damovo’s growth strategy across Healthcare and Financial Services sectors • Build and execute a sales strategy to strengthen market presence and grow partnerships • Identify, qualify, and win new key accounts while expanding existing client relationships • Lead negotiations for strategic contracts and public tenders • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking and partnership development • Monitor trends, regulatory requirements, and competition in healthcare and finance markets • Define and track KPIs to continuously improve sales effectiveness • Provide transparent governance updates to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role within Healthcare IT and/or Financial Services IT solutions • Deep understanding of industry-specific systems, technologies, and regulatory environments • Experience with public sector procurement (healthcare) and/or financial compliance frameworks (finance) • Strong network within both industries and ability to open doors at senior executive level • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-country teams • Strong negotiation and communication skills, combined with strategic and analytical thinking • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) • Confident in using CRM systems and sales tools.
