📋 Description

• Take full ownership and responsibility for all accounting and controlling tasks with a focus on HGB and IFRS • Independently prepare, review and finalize financial reports (proven financial closing expertise is a must) • Work closely with all departments to plan and ensure adherence to budgets, monitor financial processes and provide targeted advice to improve cost structures • Lead and develop the finance team • Develop and optimize financial processes and advise management on strategic financial matters • Ensure and monitor compliance with financial standards and requirements across all processes

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in accounting and controlling with solid knowledge of HGB and IFRS • Proven expertise in financial statement closing • Leadership experience and strong team management skills • Experience in a fast-paced company, ideally in retail • Business-fluent German and English, with excellent communication skills, particularly for liaison with Italy
