📋 Description

• Lead the Finance Insights and Data Solutions department • Responsible for planning and management reporting using modern tools • Further develop finance data products, dashboards, and KPI models • Closely collaborate with labels and management as a sparring partner • Build and maintain data lakes, ensuring data consistency and reporting quality

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance/FP&A or data/BI environment • Some prior leadership experience • Deep understanding of financial planning, KPI governance, and management reporting • Experience with ETL processes and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker) • Strong affinity for RPA and AI technologies • Excellent skills in Excel or Alteryx for large datasets • Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner • Confident demeanor when communicating with executives and team members • German and English language skills at least at C1 level • Ideally experience with modern planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment)
