• Acting as trusted technical partner for customers by delivering high‑quality service interventions, proactively identifying optimization opportunities, and contributing to upselling, renewal, and long‑term customer retention • Driving continuous improvement by translating field insights into actionable feedback for service, sales, and technical teams, helping to enhance product quality, service efficiency, and customer experience • Taking ownership of complex technical issues from diagnosis to resolution, ensuring accurate documentation, timely reporting, and measurable improvements in operational performance and customer satisfaction
• Bachelor degree in the fields of electrical engineering, medical technology, physics, chemistry, science or apprenticeship with advanced degree as a state-certified technician. • Safe handling of the common EDP and first experience in a relevant field of application • Fluent French and English spoken and written • High willingness to travel (driver's license required) within assigned region • Candidates must already have a valid Swiss work permit to be considered for this role.
• Autonomous planning, implementation and work organization of service operations (i.e. installation of new systems, maintenance, repairs or user training delivery) • Sustainable improvement of service delivery and increase of order volume with focus on increased Customer satisfaction and loyalty • Timely report generation and systematic logging and reporting errors in customer data, taking over the appropriate services
