📋 Description
• Provide application support and training to healthcare professionals on Leica Biosystems instruments and consumables. • Collaborate with Account Managers to drive product awareness and sales through customer visits, product trials, and samples. • Conduct on-site and facility-based product demonstrations. • Analyze and optimize customer lab workflows. • Participate in seminars and meetings to promote products in line with strategic programs. • Initiate value stream mapping projects to address specific customer needs.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Science, Histology, or a related Life Sciences discipline. • Proven laboratory experience in histopathology or related life sciences fields. • Strong expertise in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) techniques and advanced staining workflows. • Excellent communication and presentation skills for product demonstrations and training sessions. • Ability to translate technical knowledge into practical solutions for customers. • Fluent in Polish and English.
