📋 Description

• Support the sales process by advising during sales discussions, delivering presentations, and performing hands‑on cell culture demonstrations for Cytiva’s upstream product portfolio • Deliver advanced post‑installation training and consulting to customers, providing application support for bioreactor users • Process optimization, process transfer to Cytiva’s single‑use bioreactors, and expert technical support such as troubleshooting and extended on‑site, process‑connected problem solving • Provide input to Marketing, R&D, and Management, with a strong focus on customer feedback, market insights, and competitor practices • Contribute ideas for technical improvements, new solutions, processes, and unit operations • Deliver industrially focused training in cell culture, bioreactors, and applications for Cytiva colleagues • Participate in and support global initiatives in education, consulting, and technical support

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a university degree in Life Sciences (MSc or equivalent) • At least 3 years of experience in upstream processing within a large‑scale industrial environment • Experience from research, development, and manufacturing within pharma, biopharma, or biotech • Strong focus on cell culture and bioreactors • Extensive hands‑on bioreactor experience at an expert level • Experience with single‑use bioreactors and mammalian cells • Knowledge in cell culture process development and scale‑up • Willing and able to travel up to 70%, primarily within Europe. • Fluent in English and knowledge of at least one additional European language is preferred
