📋 Description

• Provide technical pre- and post-sales support for integrating Cytiva filtration technologies into customer processes • Collaborate with commercial and R&D teams as part of the EU Filtration Customer Success team • Apply normal flow filtration and tangential flow filtration products to create innovative process solutions • Conduct feasibility assessments, technical consultations, customer training, and bench-scale trials • Maintain close customer engagement throughout projects to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction • Travel to customer sites for technical meetings, test work execution, technical presentations, and project reviews • Provide consultation on scale-up and scale-down studies, testing plans, data analysis, process sizing, compatibility recommendations, troubleshooting, and field investigations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, or a related scientific or engineering field • 3+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry within MSAT, Process Development, Manufacturing, or a related technical function • Experience providing technical support and working directly with customers • Fluent French (written and spoken) • Business-level English (written and spoken) • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to support customers across Europe • Knowledge of the regulatory framework for drug manufacturing and biopharmaceutical production is a plus • Knowledge of purification and filtration techniques used in bioprocessing and drug manufacturing is a plus • Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus • Ability to work remotely from home • Must be able to travel to customer sites
