📋 Description

• Conduct service, repair, and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites • Visit customers for installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and upgrades • Contribute to team goals for Customer Satisfaction, Return Call Rate, Preventive Maintenance Planning, and Utilization • Provide input to improve product reliability and feedback to business units and field services • Cooperate with the Technical Assistance Centre Support Team to ensure smooth and fast processes and information flow • Work closely with Sales teams through communication regarding opportunities and escalations • Communicate issues and concerns to customers and act as a problem-solver

🎯 Requirements

• Technically educated, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree or vocational degree in Mechanical or Electronic studies • Fluent in English, Dutch, and French • Excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders • Problem-solving ability and ability to communicate issues or concerns to customers • Valid driving license B required • Ability to carry and move up to 25 kg safely • Willingness and ability to travel for product training in different countries
