📋 Description

• Provide professional field service support for Molecular Devices products within the assigned territory • Perform installations, service repairs, and preventative maintenance for Molecular Devices instruments • Provide timely, high-quality, on-site troubleshooting and maintenance services for bio-analytical measurement and research instrumentation • Become proficient in supporting Molecular Devices products • Handle assigned customer service inquiries, repairs, installations, preventative maintenance, and OQ schedules • Analyze and solve problems using critical thinking and implement suitable solutions • Support customers in advancing disease detection, drug discovery, and therapeutic development • Report to the EU Central Field Service Manager as part of the Field Service team • Travel weekly, primarily within the BeNeLux region, with occasional travel for training and to assist other service teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of industry-relevant work experience in a similar role • Good mechanical, electronics, and electrical experience and knowledge • Experience with assembly-level fault detection and testing • Customer-focused and able to communicate well • Able to work independently and take ownership of issues from beginning to end • Ability to travel, with minimum 80% utilization • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Live in the Netherlands and have easy connection to an airport for international travel • Previous IT, computer and network management experience would be a plus • Previous Cellular Imaging Products diagnostics and repairs experience would be a plus • Previous experience working in a lab environment would be a plus
