⢠Responsible for providing technical support in the Berlin / Potsdam region ⢠Perform maintenance work, repairs, and system installations ⢠Analyze and resolve complex technical issues ⢠Contribute IT expertise to installation projects and internal projects
đŻ Requirements
⢠Degree from a technical school or university in media technology, mechatronics, precision mechanics, electrical engineering, medical technology, or a related field ⢠Several years of practical experience in a comparable field service position ⢠Strong customer-service mentality ⢠Familiarity with IT topics, networking, and servers ⢠Confident in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, EDP interfaces, and measurement technology ⢠Good command of English and business-fluent German
