📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators • Service-oriented advice to our customers from heating companies, both by phone and on site, to ensure customer satisfaction • Support colleagues in the technical field service across an extended radius of your deployment area • Participation in the on-call rota with the goal of assisting our customers as quickly as possible

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training as a HVAC technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electronics technician for energy and building services, or electrician / electrical installer; ideally further qualification as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician • Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration or air conditioning and ventilation technology • In possession of an F-gas certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; F-gas Category 2 is an advantage • Valid driving licence, Class B • Good written and spoken German
