📋 Description

• Leads cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage next-generation clinical product programs • Oversees development efforts across multiple programs, ensuring alignment, seamless execution, and successful product release • Partners with teams to drive execution, manage trade-offs, establish timelines and budgets, and mitigate risks • Applies Danaher Business System (DBS) to establish program metrics and drive Daily Management • Communicates program status, escalations, and resolutions effectively and fosters collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or biology field • 15+ years of relevant experience in the life sciences or diagnostics field • 10+ years of experience in leading complex product development • Experience with design control processes (e.g., FDA/ISO) across the full product lifecycle • PMP certification (preferred)
