• Drive commercial leadership and growth across APAC by owning modality-specific revenue performance • Ensure strong commercial excellence and operating discipline by maintaining high-quality funnel management • Lead strategic planning and modality business building aligned with global Genomic Medicine priorities • Lead complex opportunities and key account engagement by supporting multi-country commercial deals • Drive cross-functional and regional alignment by partnering with Commercial, Marketing, FAS, Service, Product, Operations, and Supply Chain teams • Lead and develop high-performing teams by coaching and mentoring regional and country-level associates
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred) • Significant commercial experience in Biopharma, Genomic Medicine, or Cell & Gene therapy • Proven experience managing regional or matrixed teams • Strong track record leading complex multi-country opportunities • Experience building scalable commercial processes or business models • Strong commercial acumen with deal leadership experience • Working knowledge and application of Danaher Business System (DBS) principles • Ability to travel across APAC region including overnight flights as required
