📋 Description
• 営業と一緒にお客様を訪問し、以下の業務を通して、売り上げ貢献に寄与します。 • 試作品のフィールド評価結果のヒアリングをし、R&Dにフィードバック • ろ過・分離・精製に関するニーズのヒアリングをし、MKGにフィードバック • 使用中のフィルター製品に関する技術的苦情を聞き、原因究明(不良品解析)を主導し、QAにフィードバック • お客様からのフィルターに関する分析依頼を受け取り、試験計画、結果考察、報告書作成、お客様への報告 • お客様にたいするろ過・分離・精製に関する教育(セミナー)、製品紹介
🎯 Requirements
• 化学系学部卒以上 • 半導体業界での 5 年以上経験必須 • Wet Etch / Lithography の知識必須 • 関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションができる方 • 日本語がネイティブレベル、英語でコミュニケーションができる方 • 論理的思考による問題解決
