📋 Description

• Plan and execute regional strategy to achieve orders and sales within Nanomed product lines and services, besides participating in growth initiatives • Manage territory forecasts and funnel for accurate visibility and timely closure in the CRM system, drive proactive sales to meet regional targets; hunt and expand, besides cross-selling across xBU/xOpCo within RNA Workflow and Cell Therapy Workflow • Meet and/or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through the development and execution of a region and account-specific sales plan using techniques, including but not limited to value selling • Successfully navigate and manage complex sales negotiations • Successfully engage and manage a multi-step sales process for both capital instruments and consumables while liaising with stakeholders, including C-suit • Demonstrate command of scientific knowledge to engage in consultative sales processes • Deliver technology and applications overview presentations, often in tandem with your FAS, to articulate Nanomed, Cytiva value propositions based on the needs of the customer, facilitates resolution of customer issues by demonstrating a strong broad base of knowledge in business processes, Nanomed, Cytiva solutions, and domain expertise, besides liaising with internal stakeholders, including, and not limited to, Product management and operational teams

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in a Life Sciences discipline is required • A PhD and strong nanomedicine knowledge or cell/molecular biology background are assets • Considered experience in a commercial role, preferably in the biotechnology industry; Plus five years of experience preferred • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and work directly with customers at all levels within the organisation, from Process Development scientist to C-Level • Demonstrated aptitude towards the selling process and a proven team player • Ability to travel more than 40 % within the territory or locations • Have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
