📋 Description

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytics solutions, forecasting tools, and interactive dashboards • Monitor and predict service performance • Deliver actionable insights and performance recommendations to Regional and Local Service Leadership • Partner with Global, Regional, and Local Service teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and reconciliation of operational metrics across scorecards and reporting systems • Transform complex operational data into meaningful business intelligence that drives service excellence and continuous improvement • Develop benchmarking analyses and performance reports to identify best practices and support strategic initiatives • Integrate intelligent alerting and decision-support capabilities into operational reporting environments • Explore and apply emerging AI, machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques to solve complex business challenges • Implement automated data pipelines, reporting workflows, and self-service analytics capabilities • Support transformation programs and non-technical projects within the Service Transformation Office • Contribute to global and regional initiatives based on business priorities and organizational needs • Report to the Senior Manager Transformation EMEA as part of the EMEA Transformation Office

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar analytical role within a global organization • Strong experience with data visualization and analytics tools, including Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent • Experience with data modeling, forecasting, and KPI development • Experience working with large, complex datasets • Ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and analytical solutions • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills • Fluency in English • Previous experience in service operations, customer support, field service, or healthcare diagnostics environments is a plus • Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms and modern data architecture solutions is a plus • Experience with process automation technologies and workflow orchestration tools is a plus • Experience with change management and performance improvement initiatives in a global matrix organization is a plus
