📋 Description

• Lead/manage/supervise a function, organization, department, or team in the development, implementation, and/or execution within the area of responsibility • Be accountable for delivery of solutions and enhancements • Create technology roadmaps aligned with organizational plans and emerging technology solutions • Ensure efficient service capabilities • Execute sustainable maintenance of services, solutions, and applications • Lead cross-functional global teams • Establish strong vendor partnerships and manage stakeholders comprehensively • Plan and manage organization-wide processes, procedures, tools, and techniques for operational risk identification, assessment, and management • Define metrics to measure technology and channel effectiveness and efficiency • Drive continuous improvement in customer and consumer experiences • Ensure technology-driven value creation in the business • Establish and manage analytics methods, techniques, and capabilities to enable data analysis, insight generation, value creation, and decision-making • Collaborate with global stakeholders, business leaders, business representatives, product owners, service owners, and delivery partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience leading analytics, data, IT services, or business intelligence teams in a global environment • Proven experience managing business stakeholders, prioritizing demand, and translating business requirements into sustainable data and analytics solutions • Strong understanding of analytics platforms, data management, reporting solutions, and service operations • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including employee development, coaching, performance management, and organizational planning • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to collaborate across business and technology functions • Ease communicating in English, both written and spoken
