📋 Description

• Support customers during complex modeling projects • Lead and execute projects as a service • Deliver training courses to biomanufacturing customers • Create content for customer education and marketing • Provide input and feedback to the product roadmap • Conduct software testing • Contribute to financial reporting, project portfolio management, and business performance metrics • Represent the team in internal projects • Present technical topics to customers through conference presentations, webinars, white papers, and similar formats

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree in biotechnology, bioprocess/biomedical engineering, biochemical engineering or equivalent • 5+ years’ experience in downstream processing of biopharmaceuticals • Experience in mechanistic modeling of chromatography • Strong presentation and communication skills • Fluency in English (oral and writing) • Ability to travel globally, including overnight stays, of up to 15% • Previous experience in customer engagement or a customer-facing role is a plus • Previous experience with mechanistic modeling of chromatography using ChromX/GoSilico is a plus
