📋 Description
• Lead complex, global Value & Access initiatives across Market Access and HEOR • Drive rigorous program execution by defining clear scope, ownership, timelines, interdependencies, risks, and decision points • Partner with Finance to manage budgets, track spend, monitor variances, and ensure strong financial governance • Design and implement standard work, operating rhythms, and governance models
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with preference for 8+ years of related work experience OR Master's degree with preference for 6+ years of related work experience • Multiple years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a regulated, global, or data‑driven environment • Proven ability to drive execution across multiple stakeholders • Demonstrated experience partnering with Finance on budget management • Hands‑on experience applying structured continuous improvement, Lean or enterprise operating system methodologies
